• Can I join Clarte Live if I am below 18 years old?

No, this platform is strictly for people over 18. If you come across a user who might be below 18, immediately contact us by clicking on this link, or by reporting them in the app. Please visit Terms and Conditions for more information on our age policy.

• Is Clarte Live free to use?

It is free to download and start streaming. However, there are extra services which are not free that you can access by buying Clarte Live coins.

• I haven't used Clarte Live before – why did I receive an email from you?

Most likely, someone has tried to sign up for a Clarte Live account using your email address by mistake. To unsubscribe from our emailing service:
1.Open any email sent by Clarte Live.
2.Move to the bottom of the email and click the Unsubscribe button.
Please be advised that by clicking the Unsubscribe button, you will no longer receive any email services provided by Clarte Live.

My Account

• My account was blocked for inappropriate behavior, but I did not do anything forbidden. How can I unblock my account?

Please contact us by clicking on this link and our safety team will revert as quickly as possible regarding the status of your account.

• Is Clarte Live sharing my precise location with other Clarte Live users?

No, Clarte Live does not share the precise location of users, it only shares the country in which the user is based.

• Why can’t I make another account?

One device can only register 3 accounts in total. If you receive a reminder that you already have multiple accounts, please use the account you previously registered.

Safety & Privacy

• What if other users make me uncomfortable?

You can block the user, and if in doubt contact us and our safety team will revert as quickly as possible. Hateful and harmful content, nudity and sexually explicit behaviors are not tolerated on our app during the live streaming phase or when talking to streamers. 

• I was exposed to inappropriate content while using the app and would like to report the user.

• How do I report a fake user or scam?

Immediately contact us by clicking on this link and our safety team will revert as quickly as possible. We recommend all of our users visit our awareness section to read our guidelines and visit our help section to easily get in touch with us.

• How do I block a user?

You can block users easily in the Clarte Live app. 

• Can I share my contact details with other users on Clarte Live?

We recommend that you keep conversations on the Clarte Live platform while you’re getting to know someone. Users with bad intentions often try to move the conversation to text, messaging apps, email or phone right away.

• Can I share private information on Clarte Live?

Never share personal information, such as your social security number, home or work address, or details about your daily routine with people you don’t know.

• Can I share financial information on Clarte Live?

Never share information that could be used to access your financial accounts. If another user asks you for money, report it to us immediately.

• Can I send money to other users on Clarte Live?

Never send money, especially over wire transfer, even if the person claims to be in an emergency. Wiring money is like sending cash — it’s nearly impossible to reverse the transaction or trace where the money went.
